Condition
The painting surface looks clean and has an even, semi-gloss sheen. The board is flat with no distortions. The title is inscribed in pencil on the verso.
Under UV light, the surface proves to be clean and free of any oxidized varnish. The various colors all fluoresce as individual layers which is consistent for painting from this period. There are small areas of inpainting in the four corners near the frame edge. The signature in the lower right is clearly visible and looks unaltered under UV light. The painting restoration was expertly done.
This painting is in exceptional condition with no visible condition issues.
